The Titanic Servo (sm) is a super powerful RC Servo in a very compact package. The Titanic Servo servo produces a tremendous 972 oz/inches of torque (@7.4 volts). That's 20 times the power of the servos we use in our skulls. We use 4 of the Titanic Servos in our SkeleTron to move the upper arms. They can be used in many types of animatronics or radio control (RC) applications. Perfect for your UAV!
We start with the Hitec HS-7950 servo with Titanium gears and add our own 2:1 gear reduction using bronze and aluminum gears mounted in our own enclosure made of 320,000 PSI plastic. The shaft is solid 5/16" steel mounted in 2 ball bearings. This is one tough servo!

The entire unit is 1 3/8" x 2 3/8" x 3 1/8". Speed is 0.26 sec @ 60 degrees. No other company offers this much power in such a compact servo.
Servo Adjustment is made simply by loosening one hex screw, aligning the shaft and then retightening the screw.
